Earth Day 2012

“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.” – Margaret Mead”
 Hello Everyone,
I am writing to remind you that tomorrow is Earth Day! This will be the 42nd year that Earth day has been observed, and it is observed in 175 different countries around the world! Here at Homestead Crossing we enjoy the beautiful outdoors and all that nature has to offer. So please take the time to do something good for the environment and remember that the choices we make today will also effect future generations, so let's try to keep our planet clean and safe. I hope  that everyone has a great weekend!

“I recognize the right and duty of this generation to develop and use our natural resources, but I do not recognize the right to waste them, or rob by wasteful use, the generations that come after us.” ~ Theodore Roosevelt

Spring Is In The Air!!

Spring is now in full swing here in the Ozarks, and you can tell by the weather we are having. This week there is a chance for rain everyday. But luckily it only sprinkled a bit this morning and the sun has come out this afternoon and the temperature is nice and warm near 70. I am glad for the rain though, because it is making everything nice and green and helping the flowers to begin blooming. I love Spring and all of the beautiful colors that we have here in the Ozarks. You should really come and give us a visit and see all of the beautiful Spring colors and blooms for yourself! Have a great day!!
